BusPark does not own, purchase, sell, broker, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Our role is limited to providing a digital platform where buyers and sellers can connect.
Vehicle details, specifications, pricing, photographs, and descriptions displayed on BusPark are provided by individual sellers, dealers, fleet owners, or businesses. While BusPark may review listings before publication, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, current, error-free, or free from omissions. Buyers should independently verify all vehicle information before making any purchasing decision.
BusPark strongly recommends that buyers inspect the vehicle personally, verify all original documents, confirm vehicle ownership, check the Registration Certificate (RC), verify insurance, tax, permit, and fitness certificate (where applicable), and review the vehicle's service and maintenance history, if available. BusPark is not responsible for any issues discovered before or after the purchase.
All negotiations, agreements, payments, transfers of ownership, and delivery arrangements are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. BusPark is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for pricing negotiations, payment arrangements, delivery or transportation, ownership transfer, documentation, vehicle condition, warranties or guarantees.
BusPark provides listing and promotional services designed to improve visibility. However, BusPark does not guarantee that a listed vehicle will be sold, that buyers will receive a specific vehicle, a minimum number of enquiries, a sale within a specific time period, or any financial outcome from using the platform.
BusPark may connect eligible buyers with financing partners. BusPark is not a lender, does not approve loans, does not determine loan eligibility, does not decide interest rates, and does not control loan approval timelines. Loan approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective financing institution.
BusPark may provide access to third-party services, including finance providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, and external websites. BusPark is not responsible for the content, services, availability, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party platform. Users access such services at their own discretion and risk.

All BusPark branding, logos, website design, graphics, content, and other proprietary materials are the intellectual property of BusPark and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Vehicle images and descriptions submitted by users remain the responsibility of the respective owners.
